Bron International talent sourcing is a Netherlands based agency that helps the best talent from Iran to find life changing opportunities with the best employers in the Netherlands. We work with trusted referral agents in Iran to find or validate the most talented young professionals who aspire to an international career.

We interview our candidates personally to hear about their interests and ambitions. Once you’ve convinced us of what you have to offer we start working for you. We will find the best graduate positions that match your ambitions with the most reputable companies. We then introduce you to the client and enroll you in their selection procedure.

Good to know: our clients pay us to find them the best talent. This means we never charge our candidates any fees, ever. We want your talent, not your money!

3 ways to apply


Vacancy

Our clients send us vacancies for which they will consider non-EU resident candidates. If we do not have the qualified candidates in our cv database we will post these vacancies on this website.

‘Open’ application

If you want to be considered for other vacancies or trainee programs you can send us an ‘open application’. You just submit your cv on the apply page and when we have a matching opportunity for you, we will contact you.

Traineeship

Almost all of our clients have trainee programs. These are programs in which high potential graduates are prepared for future leadership roles in the company. If you would like to be considered for these please let us know when you send us your open application.


* Please be aware that for new vacancies we receive from our clients, we always check our cv database for matching candidates first. Not every vacancy will be posted on this website as we may already have sufficient qualified candidates in our database. If you want to make sure you will be considered for all vacancies please (also) send us an ‘open application’ for submittal to our cv database.

 

Candidate requirements

MSc degree or higher from a top university

Maximum of 0-5 years post graduation work experience

Excellent command of the English language

Highly motivated to start an international career

Military service completed or exempted

Willingness and ability to relocate to The Netherlands

What to expect when you apply

If you are interested in the opportunities we offer and you are confident  you meet our candidate requirements, you can apply by sending us your cv through the apply page on this website. You then enter our search and selection process. This process consists of 4 steps:

1: CV evaluation

Once we’ve received your cv we evaluate if you meet our criteria and if (one of) our clients have opportunities that match your qualifications.

2: Interview

You receive an invitation for an online (video call) interview with us. In this interview we will review your cv with you, ask you about your motivation, ambitions and personal interests.

3: Verification and references

We verify the diploma’s and other information you have provided us with and speak to your references.

4: Match & introduction to our client

We identify opportunities that would be a good match for you. We present you with an opportunity and together we decide if it’s right for you. If you are committed to this opportunity we present your cv to our client.

Please note we will not charge you any fees during this procedure, nor will our clients in their selection procedure.
